Take some time to relax before joining your Tour Director and fellow travelers for a Welcome Dinner. (D) Day 2, Friday, explore Vilnius Vilnius is situated at the confluence of the Neris and Velnele Rivers, invites us to explore its historic charm. In Old Vilnius, visit the baroque St. Peter and St. Paul's Church, as well as the impressive St. Anne's Church. Discover Vilnius University, founded in 1570, and admire Gediminas' Tower and Vilnius Castle. The afternoon is free for further exploration or an optional excursion to the tranquil town of Trakai - known for its stunning setting on three lakes. (B) Day 3, Saturday, to Riga Depart in the morning for Riga - the captivating capital of Latvia. The rest of the day is yours to begin exploring the city, appreciate its interesting architecture, engage in shopping, or take a leisurely stroll through its streets. (E, D) Day 4, Sunday, in Riga Embark on a morning sightseeing tour of Riga, encompassing highlights such as Riga Castle along the banks of the Daugava River, the magnificent Dome Cathedral, St. Jacob's Cathedral, St. Peter's Church, the Parliament building, Liberty Monument, and the district of Art Nouveau houses. The remainder of the day is free for further exploration, shopping, or perhaps sampling Latvian crepes. (B) Day 5, Monday, to Tallinn Today, our journey takes us to Tallinn, Estonia.
