We regret we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on/off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. Travelers who need assistance must be accompanied by a qualified and physically able companion. Motorized scooters are not suitable for touring. REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES No refunds will be made for unused services once travel arrangements have commenced. SERVICE INQUIRIES AFTER THE TOUR If after returning from the tour you wish to inquire about any tour services provided, please ensure that all correspondence relating to those services is received by Kompas within 30 days after the tour completion date. PASSPORTS & VISAS A valid passport is required for all tour participants and must be valid at least six months after the end of the tour. Your travel agent can help you obtain the necessary forms for passport application. All passengers, regardless of the passport they hold, should check with the appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility of the tour participant. PROGRAM PRICES Program prices are per person, based on two people sharing a room. Single room supplements are listed where applicable. All prices are based on rates (including foreign exchange rates) known at the time of printing and expected to be in effect at departure. Prices, including taxes and fees, are subject to increase without notice if such rates change prior to departure. ACCOMMODATIONS The hotels listed in this brochure will be used on almost all departures. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, hotels substituted will be similar to those shown. While every effort is made to reserve only twin-bedded rooms, it may occasionally happen that a hotel provides some double-bedded rooms instead. These rooms will be allocated to couples. Please note it is standard policy that hotel rooms are available for check-in after 3 p.m. Early hotel check-in requires a pre-night be booked and paid. MEALS ON TOUR As specified in each itinerary. Meals are based on the hotel's or restaurant's buffet or set menu. In general, beverages are not included, unless specifically stated. Dietary and allergy requests must be submitted to Kompas at the time of making your reservation. And while Kompas will transmit those requests to the hotels, restaurants, and other service providers, they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. TRANSFERS Transfers are provided as indicated for each tour by car, minibus, or motor coach. Your arrival transfer is guaranteed for up to one hour from your scheduled arrival time to compensate for minor delays. Kompas or the transfer company will not be responsible for flight delays, for any reason, beyond one hour from your originally scheduled arrival time. In case of a delay, please contact the emergency number provided in your travel document. If not, whether due to flight delay or time spent reporting baggage damage or loss, it will be your responsibility to make other transfer arrangements such as a taxi. Transfer costs are non-refundable, and any additional expenses will be your responsibility. HOLIDAYS During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums, restaurants, sightseeing tours and shopping malls may be limited or not available.
