Itinerary
Touring: Ljubljana - Bled -
Bovec - Nova Gorica - Mokrice - Olimje - Slovenske
Konjice - Ljubljana
Day 1: arrive APT in
Ljubljana / Zagreb / Klagenfurt
You will be met
and transferred to your hotel. (Arrivals of
connecting flights from Japan to Europe are mainly
in the afternoons). After check-in at hotel, the
rest of the day at leisure. (D,O)
Day 2: Ljubljana – Arboretum Volcji Potok
- Ljubljana
Breakfast. Our morning walking
tour of Ljubljana is highlighted by visits to the
Franciscan Church, the Three Bridges, St. Nicholas
Church and Ljubljana Castle. After sightseeing, a
delicious lunch with a glass of excellent Slovenian
wine in a local restaurant in the old part of
Ljubljana. A lunch break, and the departure for the
Volcji Potok Arboretum, where you will play a game
of golf. After finishing the game, we return to
Ljubljana. Dinner at the hotel or at a local
restaurant. After dinner free to rest or to go for
entertainment in the city center. Overnight.

Day 3: Ljubljana - Bled
Breakfast. After
breakfast, departure for the alpine town of Bled;
sightseeing of Bled: Bled Castle and lake & “pletna”
boat ride to the island on the lake with the Church
of the Assumption. Lunch at local restaurant with
local specialties. After lunch visit to Bled Country
Club to play a game of golf. After the game check-in
at hotel in Bled. Dinner at the hotel. Free evening.

Day 4: Bled – Bovec – Nova Gorica
After
breakfast we depart for Bovec, a town in a valley
under the Julian peaks. Rafting on the beautiful
emerald Soca River is organised – for guests who don't
want to join rafting an optional tour is organized,
such as hiking or a visit to a Museum. Lunch at
local restaurant in Bovec with a glass of excellent
local wine. Proceed to Nova Gorica. Dinner at hotel.
Evening entertaining and gaming in casino. Overnight.

Day 5: Nova Gorica – Postojna – Mokrice – Čatež
Breakfast. Our journey continues to Postojna.
Sightseeing of Postojna Caves. Lunch at local
restaurant with a Karst prosciutto menu. Proceed to
Mokrice. A game of golf at Mokrice Castle. Dinner at
Čatež thermal resort. Overnight. (B,L,D,O)
Day 6: Mokrice – Olimje
Breakfast.
Proceed to Olimje. Visit to chocolate factory.
Tasting of typical local wine. Lunch at local
restaurant with a menu of mountain deer specialties.
After lunch, a game of golf in Olimje. After the
game free at leisure in the Olimje spa. Dinner at
hotel. Overnight. (B,L,D,O)
Day 7: Olimje – Ptuj – Slovenske Konjice
Breakfast. After breakfast proceed to the town of
Ptuj. Sighseeing of Ptuj. After sightseeing proceed
to Slovenske Konjice. Lunch at local restaurant.
After lunch, a game of golf. Dinner at local
restaurant. Overnight (B,L,D,O)
Day 8: Slovenske Konjice
Breakfast. After
breakfast proceed to Ljubljana APT. Farewell to
Slovenia and its pearls and return to Japan.
