Itinerary
Touring: Ljubljana - Postojna
- Piran/Portoroz - Kobarid - Bled - Hochosterwitz -
Salzburg - Vienna - Graz
Day 1: arrival to Ljubljana

You will be met and transferred to your
hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to
explore Ljubljana. Overnight at hotel in Ljubljana.

Day 2: Ljubljana
Morning sightseeing
walking tour of the city with English speaking guide
with entrance to Ljubljana Castle, the tower and the
virtual museum. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon
free to explore Ljuibljana by yourselves. Dinner at
local restaurant. Overnight at hotel. (B, L, D, O)
Day 3: Ljubljana – Postojna – Piran
After
b'fast proceed to Postojna. Visit with English
speaking guide of Postojna Caves (guide only inside
the caves). Proceed to Predjama Castle. Lunch at
local restaurant. After lunch proceed to Lipica stud
farm. Proceed to Piran. Dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight in Piran or Portoroz at hotel (B, L, D, O)
Day 4: Piran / Portoroz – Soca Valley – Kobarid -
Bled
Morning drive to Kobarid through Soca
Valley, upstream the emerald green Soča river,
through Kobarid (mentioned in Hemmingway's Farewell
to Arms) over the mountain pass Vršič (1611 m).
Entrance to Kobarid Museum. Proceed to Bled and have
a lunch enroute. Afternoon SS tour of Bled, entrance
to Church of St'. Mary's Assumption (by Pletna boat)
and Vintgar gorge. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 5: Bled - Hochosterwitz - Hallein - Salzburg
After breakfast proceed to Salzburg via
Hochosterwitz (Launsdorf), entrance to Hochosterwitz
Museum Lunch at local restaurant enroute. Proceed to
Salzburg via Hallein salt mines. Dinner and

Day 6: Salzburg
After b'fast half day
sightseeing of Salzburg with no entrances included.
Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon trip to
Salzkammergut (shooting location of the movie 'Sound
of Music'). Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at

Day 7: Salzburg – Melk – Krems – Vienna
After breakfast proceed to Vienna. Stop at Melk and
entrance to Melk Monastery. From Melk to Krems ride
a boat on Danube river. Lunch at local restaurant.
Dinner and overnight at hotel. (B, L, D, O)
Day 8: Vienna
SS of Vienna with entrance
to Hofburg Palace. Lunch at local restaurant. Ss of
Schoenbrun Grand, entrance to Schoenbrunn. Dinner at

Day 9: Vienna – Graz
After b'fast proceed
to Graz. Lunch at local restaurant en route.
Afternoon SS of Graz. Dinner at local restaurant.
