Poland being one of the oldest country in Europe, it possess an impressive culture and an infinite number of majestic monuments. This classical tour will offer you a deeper insight and some of the most memorable attractions in the region, from the beautiful XVII century Warsaw centre to the old polish capital city of Krakow, but also places where some of the darkest European events were written: Auschwitz.
Itinerary
Touring: Warsaw - Czestochowa - Oswiecim - Auschwitz/Birkenau - Krakow - Wieliczka - Zakopane - Warsaw
Day 1: Warsaw
Arrival at Warsaw airport. Transfer by coach to the
hotel. Welcome dinner and overnight at the hotel in
Warsaw.

Day 2: Warsaw
Breakfast. Morning guided sightseeing of Warsaw (duration:
4 hrs) featuring: the “royal route” with its
beautiful palaces, aristocratic residences, famous
statues and historic churches. The tour continue to
the old town: see castle’s square with king
Sigismund’s column, royal castle (inside visit
optional), st. John cathedral, market square with
art galleries, shops, charming restaurants, cafes,
craftsman workshops, Barbakan gate. Also see
historical sights of Warsaw: the getto memorial, the
monument of the Warsaw uprising, the tomb of unknown
soldier, Lazienki park with Chopin’s monument,
belvedere palace. Instead of the entrance to the
royal castle, the tour may includes entrance to the
Wilanow palace & park (inside visit optional).
Afternoon at leisure or optional piano concert of
Frederic Chopin’s music at one of the palaces in
Lazienki park. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in

Day 3: Warsaw – Czestochowa –
Swiecim - Krakow (350 km)
Departure to Krakow via Czestochowa & Oswiecim. In
Czestochowa visit in Jasna Gora monastery (duration:
1,5 hrs). Continue journey to Oswiecim for visit of
former nazi concentration camp: Auschwitz/Birkenau
museum (duration: 2,5 hrs). Afternoon arrival and
check in the hotel in Krakow. Dinner and overnight. (B,D,O)
Day 4: Krakow – Wieliczka –
Krakow (40 km)
Morning guided half day sightseeing of Krakow (duration:
3,5 hrs) featuring: Wawel hill with its Wawel castle’s
chambers & cathedral (inside visit possible).
Continue with old town and see the renaissance cloth
hall at the main market square, st. Mary’s church (inside
visit possible) with the famous wooden altar,
Jagiellonian university, Barbakan, Florian gate, old
jewish district Kazimierz. Afternoon visit in salt
mine museum in Wieliczka (duration: 1,5 hrs). Normal
dinner or enjoy dinner with folklore show in one of
the restaurants located in old town. Overnight in

Day 5: Krakow – Zakopane -
Krakow (280 km)
After breakfast departure from Krakow to Zakopane –
the capital of Tatra mountains range. Meeting with
the local guide for sightseeing of Zakopane (duration:
2 hrs) including: mountaineers old cottages, take a
walk trough Krupówki str - one of the best-known
promenades in Poland with shops, restaurants, coffer
shops, stalls offering souvenirs and delicious ewe’s-milk
cheese “oscypki”. You can also take the cable car to
Gubalowka summit (additional cost for cable car). At
afternoon return to Krakow. Farewell dinner and
overnight in hotel in Krakow. (B,D,O)
Day 6: departure Krakow
Departure transfer from hotel to Krakow’s airport “Balice”
for homebound flight. (B)
