Itinerary
Day 1:
ARRIVAL IN ROME: Transfer from Rome airport to the
hotel in Rome. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2:
ROMAN COUNTRYSIDE: After breakfast pick-up from
hotel for a half-day regular excursion to the Roman
Countryside, including the visit of Albano, the
historical town of Albalonga, Castelgandolfo, the
summer residence of the Pope, Ariccia, a small
village once isolated high in the mountains,
Genzano, Nemi, famous in all the world for its
strawberries, Grottaferrata with its Millenary
Monastery founded on the ruins of an old roman
villa, Frascati famous for the production of white
wine. In the afternoon free time for shopping in
Rome city centre. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3:
TIVOLI: Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast
pick-up from Your hotel for a half-day regular
excursion to discover Tivoli and its amazing villas:
Hadrian’s Villa, the most beautiful imperial Villa
designed and built by emperor Hadrian at the
beginning of the 2nd century and Villa D’Este,
enchanting Renaissance villa, housing multitude of
sublime fountains and superbly arranged Italian
flower gardens. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner at a
local restaurant with tenor’s music and show.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4:
DEPART ROME: Breakfast and leisure until transfer to
the airport for your home bound flight.
