Cancellation Policy
Any request for cancellation should be sent in writing to KOMPAS. A full refund, less 10% administrative costs, will be allowed for any cancellation received on or before 15th June 2007; after that date there will be no entitlement to any refund. However, a reservation may be transferred to another person. All refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
