The registration fee covers:

• admission to all academic sessions,
• EURAM Membership fee of 100€ for the calendar year 2009 (i.e. commencing 1 January 2009). Payment of this fee is required for attendance at the EURAM Conference,
• handout materials and information package,
• lunches,
• tea / coffee breaks throughout the conference,
• conference lunches,
• welcome reception and
• social events included in the conference program.

Special Scholarships:

To secure your accommodation register early. The conference Organizer cannot guarantee reservation after 15 April 2008 as the number of rooms available for the Conference is limited and your preference of accommodation cannot be guaranteed after that date. Your choice of accommodation will be duly considered, and applications will be processed on the first come, first served basis.

TOURIST PROGRAMME FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Please note that for the Conference participants transfer from Ljubljana Airport to Ljubljana, Bled and Kranj hotels and Ljubljana, Bled and Kranj hotels to Ljubljana Airport will be organized at special price 19 EUR per person one way. Please note this special rate is valid for pre-bookings only (till May 05, 2008).

Cancellation Policy

Any request for cancellation should be sent in writing to KOMPAS. Please note all hotel cancellations will be charged an administration fee of 20 € before April 10, after this date 1 night stay will be charged.

Confirmation

Final confirmation of your registration and all other services will be sent upon receiving of payment.
