CANCELLATION POLICY AND CONFIRMATION

Cancellation

Any request for cancellation should be sent in writing to KOMPAS. A full refund, less 10% administrative costs, will be allowed for any cancellation received on or before 28. June 2007; after that date there will be no entitlement to any refund. However, a reservation may be transferred to another person. All refunds will be processed after the event has concluded.

Confirmation

Written confirmation of your registration and all other services will be sent upon receiving of payment.
