Description
The hilly Slovenian countryside with scenic roads

extremely steep slopes. On the meadow oasis lie

between the Alps and the Adriatic shows you not only
natural but cultural and historical heritage as
well. In the gorge of Pasice you will visit the
hidden partisan hospital. The wooden huts represent
the memorial to Slovenian resistant during the WWII.
The town of Idrija has a 500 year old mine tradition
which is well shown at one of the best technical
museums in Europe. You will get to know with the
history of mercury mine town and you will admire the
beautiful laces of Idrija. In the end of the
excursion you will stop in Škofja Loka, one of the
nicest and most preserved old towns in Slovenia.
